About Kevin Dulion

Remember Kevin, excellence in everything we do.” -Lee Dulion My father inculcated the necessity of excellence in my life. And what is excellence? To him, it has always meant giving your absolute best both in your work and in the steps you take to enhance yourself. As a student at the University of West Florida, I sought out ways to improve my professional development. Not only did I fulfill the role of an Honors Public Relations Committee member in my first semester, but I also joined the American Marketing Association in the following semester and climbed the ranks from Member to Social Media Director to President. My administrative duties as president included leading the charge in raising funds for our organization, utilizing the funds generated in the most efficient and effective manner, recruiting new members, assigning them their appropriate roles and duties, and managing them as a cohesive unit. As for my schoolwork, I was once told to treat school like a job and approached it as such. As a result, professors have described me as meticulous, diligent, intelligent, and the majority of them have expressed that they wish their other students shared my same enthusiasm and work ethic regarding their schoolwork. Furthermore, I made the President’s Honor Roll throughout my college career and received the Bill and Ellie Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to business students based purely on GPA. Finally, in March of 2022, I received the UWF Outstanding Undergraduate Student Award for Marketing. In addition to my required coursework, I also obtained certifications in digital marketing and human resource management. I'm excited to continue employment with The Resource Group as a Community Support Consultant and contribute to the mission of lowering the cost of healthcare.
