As an event and marketing production expert with over 15 years of experience, I have a passion for creating memorable and impactful experiences for clients and audiences. I have a strong background in management, leadership, and marketing, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to deliver exceptional results. Until October 2022, I was the VP - Director of Events at Analog Events & Marketing, a leading company in the events industry. In my role as the VP - Director of Events, I was responsible for creating and delivering event decks to new and existing clients, meeting and exceeding their vision and expectations. I also coordinated with over 100 vendors, locations, and government entities to ensure seamless, safe, and compliant events. I managed and cultivated a team environment among the in-house staff of event coordinators, and hired and cross-trained staff members for various event-specific functions. I leveraged my skills in management, leadership, and marketing to achieve high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I also have a keen eye for detail and a flair for hospitality, which helped me create unique decor and guest experience options for each event.
