About Kevin Eberle-Noel

Kevin Eberle-Noel is a dynamic and versatile arts leader with deep expertise in orchestra management, artistic planning and operations, music education, and community engagement. With experience spanning every major department within arts organizations, Kevin brings a holistic and strategic approach to arts administration. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Redlands Symphony Association, where he oversees all aspects of the organization's operations and strategic direction. In 2023, Kevin led a transformative initiative with the Board of Directors to reposition the Symphony as a community-centered organization—one dedicated to enriching the lives of all individuals, regardless of economic status. That same year, he was elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors for the Association of California Symphony Orchestras (ACSO), further solidifying his standing as a leader in the field. Prior to his role in Redlands, Kevin served as Education & Community Engagement Manager for Palm Beach Opera, where he was instrumental in launching innovative early childhood opera programs for children from birth to age three. From 2015 to 2021, he was Director of Orchestra Operations & Education for the Las Vegas Philharmonic, managing artistic programming, educational outreach, and the acclaimed Music Van initiative, which brought live music experiences to underserved rural communities across Southern Nevada. His impactful work in arts education earned him invitations to present at national conferences, including those hosted by the League of American Orchestras and ACSO. In addition to his administrative achievements, Kevin is an accomplished professional bassoonist, having performed with the Redlands Symphony, Las Vegas Philharmonic, Weird Al Yankovic, the Kingdom Hearts Tour, and various regional orchestras throughout the Southwest. Kevin holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Bassoon Performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas—the first DMA in bassoon ever awarded by the institution. He also earned a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Redlands in 2013 and 2007, respectively.
