About Kevin Ellis

I am a very determined and focused individual who has fought and earned each and every role that I have completed within my Food Lion career. I began with Food Lion in 2003 as a bagger, worked full-time throughout college, and became the Store Manager of the same store that I had worked in for six years. I became one of the youngest store managers in the company, at the age of 22. Overall, I worked in the grocery industry for ten years and have had four years of retail management experience. After beginning as a bagger, self motivation and personal drive allowed me to grow in my career to become a store manager. I have a strong working knowledge of customer service and most importantly, I understand the significance of having strong communication and collaborative skills necessary to succeed in a team environment. I have experienced working in the decorative hardware industry as well as the uniform service industry with a heavy focus on customer service. As I continue my career path, my main objective has been to continue to grow personally and professionally.
