I am a senior leader and business development professional with 37+ years of expertise. Offering a diverse skillset within staff training, coordination, security/risk management incident management across government agencies, industry sectors including mining, oil and gas/petroleum, aboriginal corporations and communities across Australia and throughout the Perth metropolitan, rural and remote areas across Western Australia. With over 11 years experience as a Training Manager within the WA TAFE sector I am well versed in all aspects of RTO requirements and responsibilities. I demonstrate consistent success in developing, coordinating and managing staff across vast distances and varying vocations. I have a strong ability to identify areas for process improvement and implementing successful organisational change. I am experienced in overseeing the management of multiple campuses/offices across Western Australia coupled with experience in coordinating the logistics with training organisations across Australia. I also have ten years of service as a WA Police Officer working in specialized areas; as well as Senior Investigator for Department of Mines investigating mine, tenement and environmental breaches. I have a transformational leadership style that has been developed through the engagement, encouragement and professional development of staff. I have senior strategic and operational human resource management experience across a diverse work force including change management having worked at senior levels across a number of government agencies. I have experience working in the Health Safety and (HSE) environments with senior experience in conducting high level and sensitive investigations and OSH management of various trade work shops/ work environment.
