About Kevin Fechner

I’ve seen too many people feel uncertain about the most important investment of their lives. That’s why we built VisioPlan. At VisioPlan, we make virtual building tours radically accessible. Our goal is to remove complexity from construction planning and bring clarity to everyone involved - through intuitive, realistic, and collaborative VR experiences. We want people to step into their future spaces before a single wall is built. My background is in construction, research, and digital innovation. But what really drives me is working with people - especially those who surprise me with fresh perspectives and bold ideas. I value talent over titles and experience over ego. I enjoy finding clarity in complexity, and I love when teams work together toward a goal that’s bigger than any individual. I believe that work should make sense, that everyone should know why they’re doing something - and that there should always be space for curiosity, contribution, and even fun. The best teams, in my view, are made of people who care, challenge each other, and bring out each other’s strengths. Step by step, we’re moving closer to our vision: Every building better be experienced before it’s built.
