About Kevin Flattery

I help professional services firms achieve their business goals and manage leadership transitions. My team works with architecture and engineering (A&E) firms, marketing companies, and law and consulting firms. I call upon the concepts I've learned from more than 20 years with Plante Moran to make the best decisions for my clients and the firm. And because much of my role is developing people, I act as a mentor who's available to help my team develop and achieve their professional goals. I commit to a number of speaking engagements each year and I've attended Harvard Business School Leading Professional Service Firm's Executive Education Program. I speak to CFO's and business leader forums on current topics that affect professional service firms, such as revenue recognition rules and cyber security. I've also covered leadership development and transition strategies. When I'm not advising clients, I'm following my kids around in their activities. As they've grown up I'm finding more time to revisit some of my old hobbies such as snow skiing and upland game bird hunting. I've gone downhill powder skiing in the mountains of Japan - it was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
