About Kevin Frack

Over a lifetime my carrier has taken me many directions, Looking back I would summarize it always involving being on the cutting edge of technology in one form or another. From my early theatrical lighting and sound years to my current work history as prototype technician the one thing that is always present is my love of electronics. I am unusual in the fact that most of my abilities are self taught through my hobbies and side interests. I don't have the degrees to back my skills up. But what I do have is a work history that shows my capability to morph my skill set through out these fast ever changing changing technological breakthroughs! I don't learn by reading and passing some tests, I learn by doing, Hands on, by being challenged to overcome a problem that everyone else says cant be done. I also realize the most valuable thing I bring to any place I work is my dedication and devotion to what I am doing and who I am doing it for! This also is attributed to my theatrical background?(The show must go on) I bring this mentality to every place i have ever worked, and is the reason I usually end up being the at the top of the organizational chart (I'm not that 9 to 5 Guy)( I'm the do what ever it takes to get the job done right Guy)
