About Kevin Goedker

Servant-leader! That sums up my passion. The real estate industry has been a majority of my life. Mainly, because I enjoy helping people. Real estate has allowed me to be involved and give back. I have provided services as a real estate trainer, broker, sales manager, instructor, speaker, coach, consultant and mentor. I was first licensed in 1989, have owned and operated real estate brokerages in both Florida and Minnesota, and have practiced leadership and serving from the start. I have served for several years in leadership capacities within real estate trade organizations as a local Board President, local multiple listing Board President, State Association Director, State Political Action Committee Trustee, and nationally as a Federal Political Coordinator. I have taught real estate new member orientations, Code of Ethics classes, Peak Producers® classes for Buffini & Company and Minnesota real estate Pre-License courses for Central Lakes College. I have also designed and taught agent on-boarding coarses and agent production classes. I developed systems to track performance and systems to streamline processes. I managed and coordinated the management of hundreds of rental properties, real estate transactions and several real estate agents. I spent eight years as an elected official on the Brainerd City Council where I served as President of the Council. I continue to be involved in many other community related events and groups, including “Toys for Kids” and “Operation Sandwich”. I pride myself on being an avid reader and life-time learner. I honorably served in the United States Marine Corps (Semper Fi). When it comes to service, the local community and integrity, you can rely on my dedication, experience and knowledge.
