About Kevin Gomis

I’m a strategic finance and operations leader dedicated to achieving social objectives.Organisations only succeed when teams are supported by the right systems, tools, finances, policies and processes and I am here to deliver those resources. My teams know I will provide them with an environment to thrive, driving clarity and passion for the mission, giving them the freedom to move but trust that I will share all that is needed to meet their goals and ambitions. I can be tough, but always fair, and never afraid to share opportunities and credit. Experience in a diverse set of contexts has provided me with unique challenges, taught me to be highly adaptable and shown me the many unique pathways to succeed. My journey started at a big four, rising quickly through the ranks as auditor and consultant. Offered an opportunity, I moved to an oil and gas exploration company as it was set to soar, first as Finance and then Treasury Manager. After a short contractor role with a top ASX-listed company, I followed my long-term desire to work within the nonprofit sector by first completing a Masters degree then joining Mercy Corps Palestine to oversee the financing, daily operations and key reporting of it’s largest project - Gaza Sky Geeks.
