About Kevin H.

With 21 years of experience in technical management, strategic medical defense planning, and policy development and analysis, I am an accomplished and versatile program executive at the United States Department of Defense (DoD), holding a Top-Secret security clearance and three Master of Science degrees in Defense and Strategic Studies, Environmental Management and Planning, and Psychology. My core competencies include countering weapons of mass destruction (WMD), biomedical defense, and environmental health and safety. In my current role, I supervise and lead an 11-person Joint Strategic CWMD Planning Branch, focusing on countering Russian aggression, preventing WMD employment, procurement, and proliferation, and enhancing inter-agency collaboration and NATO capabilities. I also direct mission analysis and planning for WMD threats, guiding the five Service Branches and Combatant Commands in executing their missions in contested environments. Additionally, I chair a working group of 14 US Government agencies, providing direct support to for operations in Europe. I am passionate about solving some of our nation's most complex problems and delivering effective solutions that protect our national security and global stability. I am open to roles as a program executive or project manager with an agile team focused on delivering capabilities in the healthcare, safety, and pharmaceutical industry, and defense and public sector contracting.
