About Kevin Hesse

My work history demonstrates a consistent track record of success. Below is a sampling of what I consider to be my most notable highlights: Achieved numerous NFPA credentials, including a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI) designation. Conducted hundreds of fire safety inspections in the past three and a half years. Worked with various industry agencies and investigators, including TSSA, ESA, Environment Canada, and the Ontario Fire Marshal. As a professional, I have always garnered the respect of my colleagues and managers for demonstrating integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness, earned as a result of a job well done in all positions I’ve held. I am often thanked by coworkers for committing tirelessly to a project until its completion stage. I leave no task unfinished and always keep up strong momentum at all project phases. With any role I tackle, I consider myself a lifelong learner, always looking for new ways to approach matters and new technologies to adapt to. I am an innovative thinker that does not like to remain complacent in using only one way of thinking or doing. I believe the most viable process improvements often are both through the facilitation of major changes. I demonstrate adaptability and flexibility at all times when faced with notable operational changes. Additionally, I exude a great sense of pride in my local area and have a strong desire to remain in the area long-term and dedicate myself to establishing a growth-focused career path within the Fort Erie community. I also harbor a desire to further cultivate my fire department career, a true passion of mine.
