About Kevin Hoffert

I like to solve problems. Throughout my 10-year-experience (young but no so young anymore) career, I have been driven by my understanding to find answers to the most pressing questions, for both my employers and their customers. Whether it's improving processes for a high-end restaurant or creating a logistics and a sales development plan for a wine importer, I've been able to quickly uncover a customer's pain point and identify a strategic solution. My current job at Newrest SOS allows me to do a variety of things, from designing a complete catering and pantry management solution for a major Australian company to an audit of more than 100 manpower agencies located in 11 different Asian countries. I focus mainly on developing our customer portfolio but I also have the opportunity to complete special projects and to have my voice in the company strategy. I am proud to work in a company that empower its talents, disrupt the industry space and partner with companies who value their unique culture and see externalizing that culture as an investment in their success. I also really enjoy to be on a Skype conference call with our Indian branch to materialize business development and one hour later, to train my teams on dish washing process. Currently based in Manila, Philippines, I have a dual culture (Filipino and French) and hold two passports (which is super useful). My curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner. I am really interested in Food and Beverage innovations all around the world, learning new recipes to cook at home, trying to become a QHSE champion and reading reports on labor conditions all around the world.
