About Kevin Hoffmann

The past eight years I have managed multi-million dollar multifamily CapEx construction and renovations projects. I prepared budgets and quarterly reforecasts on various CapEx projects throughout the country. I've worked on both the ownership side of the industry as well as the GC side of the industry. I was responsible for, due diligence reviews, maintaining budgets, timelines, scheduling, coordination, and execution of large-scale CapEx projects. Prior to my tenure in the real estate investment and value add industry I worked in the mortgage servicing industry. I managed a variety of government owned (HUD/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) assets marketed for sale. I managed various vendors and sub-contractors to repair and maintain asset values during the hold and purchase time period. I was a licensed independent catastrophe insurance claims adjuster. During this time I settled property claims and effectively adjusted large loss, flood (NFIP), increased cost of compliance, residential and commercial claims. I completed both my Bachelors and Masters degrees at Texas State University. I wrote and published my thesis on complex emergencies and their affect on international humanitarian assistance. While completing my Master of Arts I taught Political Science to undergraduates for the Political Science Department.
