About Kevin Hyde

I completed 30 years as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service and during that time I was an officer working on the streets of London as well a first aid instructor, teaching police officers. Since my retirement, I still teach first aid to police officers at Hendon, the police training centre. As a consequence, I have a wealth of knowledge in administering and teaching first aid. I am also a qualified instructor in Safeguarding in the protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults, again I use my knowledge and experiences of being a police officer when teaching this subject. I also have experience in teaching a leading security company who has prestigious clients in Behavioural Detection awareness, enabling them to detect persons whose behaviour may indicate that they pose as a security risk in terrorism and security issues.
