About Kevin Jackson

I am the Founder and CEO of NightFlight Studios and Audio Assurance, which are both located in Fort Washington, MD. For over 30 years I have professionally engineered both national and local artists. I started in my bedroom with a small studio where I recorded local artists. I am self-taught musician and I created the Go-Go band “Prophecy”. I have branched out to other genres besides Go-Go, including Gospel, R&B, and Jazz. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the industry’s most irrefutable musical icons, such as Gladys Knight, Raheem DeVaughn, Jill Scott, and Deitrick Haddon. In addition to studio recording, I have had the privilege to mix live concerts. I have mixed over 250 shows alone for the late Gerald Levert. Some of the other notable artists that I have mixed live concerts for include Angie Stone, Will Downing, Ginuwine, and my lovely wife of over 20 years, Stacy Lattisaw-Jackson. As an avid church-goer, I noticed there was a need for quality sound in churches and other religious institutions. Many churches, temples, halls, etc. experience issues with audio equipment, but unfortunately, volunteers aren't trained to attack the problems efficiently. Therefore, in 2004, I created Audio Assurance. We at Audio Assurance understand that one of the most critically important aspects of any religious service is that the congregation is able to hear and understand the message. Audio Assurance addresses this issue by providing audio and video assistance. Some of our services include equipment rental, sales, and installation, maintenance, repairs, staffing, training, on-call emergency response, A/V fire safety inspection, and consultation. As you can see, I am focused on establishing Audio Assurance, my third company of 11 years, as a force to be reckoned with in the A/V service industry.
