I’ve spent my career operating in high-performance environments where precision, speed, and resilience aren’t just valued—they’re required. Most recently, I held a senior leadership role at RFK Racing, helping guide the organization through a period of transformation and competitive growth. Along the way, I had the rare privilege of learning directly from Jack Roush—an icon whose wisdom on leadership, innovation, and discipline left a lasting impact on how I think and lead. What I’ve come to understand is that I’m a builder at heart. I’m drawn to the challenge of creating, shaping, and scaling ventures that matter—alongside teams who share a commitment to excellence, integrity, and bold thinking. Over the last few years, I’ve gained clarity about the kind of work that motivates me and the kind of leader I want to be. That journey continues as I pursue my Executive MBA at MIT, where I’m expanding my strategic lens and preparing for what’s next. I’m particularly interested in areas where technology, mobility, simulation, and defense intersect—places where high performance and meaningful impact go hand in hand. I’m excited about what’s ahead—and while I’m fully immersed in that path, I always welcome thoughtful conversations with those building ambitious, value-driven work.
