About Kevin Killen

Over 20 years of experience in two of Northern California's distinguished architectural practices-William Turnbull Associates and Walker Warner Architects, specializing in single-family residences, wineries and rural retreats. My work ranges from modest guest cottages to the Quintessa Winery (as Senior Project Manager with Walker Warner Architects). I have been the designer and project architect for many private residences throughout the Bay Area and the west, including Napa Valley, Montana and Idaho. My non-residential work includes Quintessa Winery and Ehlers Estate Winery in Napa County, planning work for a mountain retreat center for university students at Big Bear Lake, CA, planning studies for a regional brewery for New Belgium Brewery, and a fermentation expansion project for Anchor Brewing in San Francisco. EHDD Architecture has three generations of great designers under one roof. Our approach is to work hand-in-hand with a client, listening, sketching together and creating a distinctively appropriate home that could never be known in advance, but is born of the passion and the process of the architect and the client working together. Specialties: Single-Family Residential design, Rural Retreats, Winery & Brewery design.
