For the 10+ years total that I have been a sales representative at Professional Systems, I have worked to provide my customers with quality products and services that meet their needs and objectives, while delivering the best customer service during the order delivery process and after the sale. I serve central and eastern North Carolina (Greensboro, Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Wilmington), and my product lines are concentrated in the following categories:*Commercial Printing *Direct Mail *Promotional Items *Embroidered and Screen Printed Apparel *Document Management featuring our All-in-Box scanning service (see more information at psusa.com)*Office Space Planning and Utilization - furniture for offices, training rooms, waiting rooms, and conference rooms; providing and installing work stations, cubicles, seating, and high density filing and storage systems. On a corporate level, we operate a lean and efficient business that allows us to remain nimble enough to adjust to the ever changing conditions in the marketplace, while also preserving our ability to turn that efficiency into greater savings for our customers. Personally, in my role as sales representative, I strive to listen to my customers and pair their job with the right vendor, thereby functioning as their procurement partner. By taking on the execution risk, bringing solutions to the table, and streamlining processes, I allow my customers to dedicate internal resources, that would otherwise be used to complete these purchases, to other areas of immediate need. When you take away all of the noise and boil down the value delivered, my efforts are directed at making life easier for my end-user customers.
