About Kevin Knudson

I am a highly creative design professional with over 34 years in the interior design, furniture, workplace consulting, campus master planning, headquarter renewals, workplace change communications and facility services portfolio planning fields. The first 12 years of my career fostered my design talents in nearly all commercial interior segments from strategic planning, attention to details and to the fit and finish of my interior design client environments. I recognized a need in employees understanding of design, its features and how performance can be improved through concentrated efforts to ready employees for change. I began consulting for Fortune 100 companies over the next 15 years and fostered my keen insight in aligning business needs and strategies with their cultures and workplace solutions - present and future. I have always been driven to problem solving for my clients and in my own life. I worked so closely with my last client that the strategic planning I helped define, my skills in design and communications were regarded as the key success factors that a new role was created for my skills that I accepted and perform today as a steward for workplace, facility and corporate assets for the corporate offices of a global consumer products company comprised of 1.0M sq. ft. and 3,500 employees. I look for opportunities that best align with my innovative and generalist abilities to lead organizations through design solutions.
