I oversee the complete flow of materials for our labs, which includes managing a high-value inventory with a seven-figure annual spend and personally handling our most complex international shipments and compliance challenges. When critical issues arise with key logistics partners or vendors, I step in to lead the resolution and keep our scientific operations on track. Beyond day-to-day execution, I am passionate about driving efficiency and delivering tangible value. I actively look for opportunities to improve our processes, meticulously manage our operational spend against our budget, and optimize our carrier lanes to achieve significant annual savings.
