With over 18 years of work experience, I am a seasoned professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and restaurant business. My mission is to create value for innovative and disruptive companies, and to leverage my diverse background and expertise to support their growth and expansion. Currently, I am part of the M&A team at Uber, where I work with the help of talented and passionate colleagues to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions that enhance Uber's vision and goals. In addition to my role at Uber, I am also a partner and investor at Chubby Cattle International, a restaurant group that operates multiple brands and concepts across the US. I am involved in all aspects of the business, from finance and operations to marketing and branding. I have helped launch and grow several successful restaurants, such as The X Pot, Chubby Cattle, Wagyu House, and Niku X, that offer unique and high-quality dining experiences to customers. I enjoy the challenge and creativity of the restaurant industry, and I am always looking for new opportunities and partnerships to expand our portfolio and reach.
