As a business owner, I have been contracted, through my own company, to operate and manage multiple gasoline service stations and a restaurant over the past 17 years. Working with Chevron Canada, Triple O’s and Imperial Oil, I have been responsible for the profitable operation of service station sites grossing over $10 million per year in annual sales. I committed to creating a work environment that makes safety of people and the environment a top priority. I am a full-time, hands on leader with proven business skills to ensure bottom-line success. As a demonstrated manager, I can develop and inspire a team of customer-focused employees to provide an outstanding customer experience. I have been the employer and supervised and performed all personnel functions for a work force of up to 25 full and part time employees. As the owner/operator of the combined service station, restaurant business I was accountable for the profitability of each cost center and have received numerous awards for effective management.
