Biography I’m a business intelligence leader based in Montreal with a background in business administration from HEC Montréal, where I specialized in marketing and management. Over the years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations, working across various sectors including retail, manufacturing, and distribution. I’m passionate about using data to drive business performance, streamline processes, and enable better decision-making at every level of an organization. Business Expertise I currently lead the Business Intelligence team at Groupe Amiel, where I’m responsible for implementing Power BI as our main reporting platform and aligning analytics initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. I manage a team of analysts and technicians, prioritize projects in collaboration with the executive committee, and oversee sprint-based planning to ensure timely delivery. Before joining Groupe Amiel, I held roles in business analysis, continuous improvement, and sales operations at companies such as Weston Foods, FGF Brands, Metro, and Canada Bread. My responsibilities ranged from developing executive dashboards and automating reporting tools with VBA, to supporting forecasting processes and leading special projects. I have hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Excel (Power Query, DAX, VBA), Azure DevOps, and Cognos, and I’ve developed a strong skill set in process optimization, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
