About Kevin Lewis

Leadership- With many things in life, someone needs to take charge. With such a position, a person is able to affect and inspire the lives of many other people. This value is best combined with a few other values to achieve such a result. Accountability- For other people to be able to rely on me doing what I say I am going to do is something that will help them emulate my ethical choices of action. Respect for Others- By treating others well, I can cause a feedback loop where they turn and show respect for even more people. When people are respected, they gain trust in the respecter. As the respecter, I, once again, will have a large capacity to demonstrate ethical choices. Integrity- By always doing the right thing, all the time, I don’t have to suffer the mental disparity of hypocrisy. In maintaining, the confidence in others, I can build a support system for when difficult choices are at hand.
