I am an MBA graduate from San Jose University and seasoned project manager with over nine years of experience in the technology and construction sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for overseeing all aspects of complex projects from conception to conclusion, as well as for a dedicated focus on driving continuous improvement. As such, I have consistently exceeded budgetary and performance goals and I am adept at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure. Currently, I am Lead Risk Analyst with Meta. Under my leadership, I headed a team of nine analysts, cultivating a team-focused and high-performing work environment through effective management and training while executing a variety of projects. I also developed and implemented an on-call schedule to ensure all content for a newly-launching product adhered to company policy guidelines. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, team members, and other parties to ensure the company’s risk management support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
