About Kevin MacArthur

People are my passion. Connecting with others and the world we live in has always been at the heart of what I do. My studies in biology and environmental science deepened my interest in the interconnectedness of humans, species, ecosystems, and the planet, which led me to spend a few years traveling the world and working diverse jobs to fund my adventures. It was during this time that I realized—what better way to foster meaningful connections and real positive change than by starting a career in technology? I hit the ground running at a small startup, taking on new roles, projects and challenges for clients across the globe. This hands-on experience me the importance of adaptability, collaboration, innovation and creative problem solving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. My journey then took an exciting turn when the startup was acquired by the world’s largest retailer, where I’ve contributed to multiple teams, including their first-ever Innovation Lab, adapting to new challenges and ways of working along the way. I excel in critical thinking, tackling problems with a holistic perspective, and effectively communicating to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives. I focus on developing solutions that not only work, but solve real problems and drive meaningful impact. When I’m not coding or learning about new AI / ML tools, you’ll find me indulging in my love of sports, travelling, or sharing a laugh with others. I’m always eager to connect with fellow professionals and explore new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute.
