About Kevin Mack

My name is Kevin Mack, and I'm a Application Development Manager for Microsoft. I love what I do and am really passionate about it. I have extensive experience working on a variety of applications, and have experience in Web Development, Mobile (Native), WCF, Web API, Xamarin, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Windows Services, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server. This is only a little bit of my experience but software development is my passion and I've recently taken to blogging and have been doing so at my technical blog I figured I would take a moment to talk about this blog. I've been working in the world of software development since 2005, and in that time I've been blessed to have done a lot. And one of my personal belief is a developer is only as good as his desire and passion. The truly great developers have learned that the process of continuing to learn, evolve and grow is the way to succeed. So I hope that this blog helps to spark that creativity and desire for innovation in others, while talking as much tech as possible. When I'm not at work, I have previously taught at Harrisburg Area Community College as an Adjunct. Where I enjoyed working with young developers. In addition to this, I also work at my current company leading lunch and learn presentations, writinig technical articles to help spread information about new emergent technologies, and am heavily involved in CAI's intern and Jr. Developer programs, as well as part of the interview process.
