As a firefighter paramedic, I immediately helped and cared about people/patients in emergency situations. After I got hurt, I took a side step in helping improve the ecosystem around people/patients by 1) improving the ERM of a medical providers so that they can take better care of their patients and 2) building an app that gives patients transparency about their patient file (transparency reduces uncertainty and anxiety). My vision is to enable every health and wellness practice regardless of size, to leverage technology to its fullest, achieving high operational efficiency to deliver more connected and personalized care.
