I have been employed in the Heating and Refrigeration industry since 1993 where I began my career repairing Residential and commercial equipment. In 2003 I advanced to Commercial, Industrial and Food equipment repair. Since I have been employed by TFI food equipment solutions, specifically Specializing on my current position. I am a self motivated individual who has the drive to succeed and takes pride in helping other individuals As a Service Technician my primary job is to provide an exceptional level of service to customers. Roles and Responsibilities-service, installation and preventative maintenance of; Open and pressure fryers Frozen beverage & dessert machines Holding merchandisers and cases Double sided cooking grills Product delivery systems Remote condensing units Blast & batch freezers -Provide concierge level of customer service -Troubleshoot and diagnose deficiencies with gas fired, refrigeration and electrical systems -Training of equipment to customers -work self efficiently utilizing time by efficiently organizing appointments and duties, facilitating business productivity -overall gaining satisfaction from keeping customers happy
