Hi, I’m Kevin Marven, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)® proudly serving families across Hampton Roads as a senior care placement consultant. With a background in hospital, biotech, and healthcare consulting, I bring a well-rounded perspective to guiding families through the often overwhelming senior care journey. Whether you're considering assisted living, memory care, or independent living, I provide personalized, hands-on support every step of the way—from researching and touring communities to advocating for your loved one and ensuring the right fit based on care needs, preferences, and budget. Our concierge-style service is typically offered at no cost to families. Alongside my wife and co-owner, Melinda Marven—also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)® and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)—if needed, we help seniors downsize and transition with safety, dignity, and confidence. With our combined experience in senior care consulting, residential and commercial real estate, and high-touch client service, we offer a seamless, supportive experience that reduces stress for both seniors and their families. We serve the Hampton Roads community and collaborate closely with elder law attorneys, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, financial advisors, and others who care deeply about the well-being of older adults.
