Having a strong background in senior account and sales management within hardware, FMCG and more recently workplace supply channels has helped me achieve many company and personal goals in my career. I have worked within both multinational and locally owned corporate businesses that has given me a wealth of experience for strategic account planning while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This involves tracking key account metrics and collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations and in cases 3rd party logistics). I have found that a combination of customer data analysis, CRM information and face to face communication are the key to identify growth opportunities within key accounts for revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
