Kevin is currently performing operations, engineering and business management consulting for the medical and diagnostic device industries while looking to move into his next full-time role. A true "fix it guy". Kevin's breadth of medical manufacturing and engineering management experience ranges from Class implantables to high volume disposables and many products in between. His experiences include responsibility for the design and construction of the world’s largest surgeon’s glove plant for Baxter Healthcare in Penang, Malaysia. He has directed major ERP implementations, led the operations scale up for medical device startups and even led a company repurchase attempt based on a business plan he developed. Kevin's strength is in the creative management of business growth, product development and change. In his many roles, Kevin’s responsibilities tend to always migrate to the areas of most technical, managerial and/or business complexity where his creativity, passion and leadership skills excel.
