About Kevin Meredith

My career has been built around delivering operational excellence in high-risk, high-performance environments across aerospace, energy, and offshore operations. With a degree in mechanical engineering and over 17 years of experience in the United States Air Force, I bring a strong foundation in technical leadership, safety, and mission-critical execution. I currently serve as the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) Program Manager at Bristow Group, where I lead the global program supporting offshore aviation operations. In this role, I oversee program execution across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, global standards, and individual AOC needs. I work closely with cross-functional teams to provide flight data analysis, support safety investigations, and drive data-informed improvements in operational performance and risk mitigation. Prior to this, I was a Project Manager at Trendsetter Engineering, where I led the full lifecycle delivery of complex subsea engineering projects. This included coordinating engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects were delivered on schedule, within scope, and in line with contractual and financial objectives. My background as a Senior Flight Engineer in the United States Air Force further developed my ability to operate and lead in high-tempo, high-consequence environments, sharpening my decision-making, technical expertise, and focus on safety and reliability. I bring a combination of engineering, project management, and operational leadership experience, with a focus on continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
