About Kevin Odom

I am currently employed with USAA as a Senior Catastrophe Property Adjuster. I have over 15 years of experience in the Insurance industry. I have experience completing claim adjustments during catastrophe situations with hurricanes, flooding, and the devastating California wildfires. These experiences have allowed me to highlight my abilities to deal with the challenges that come with providing customer-driven solutions in difficult circumstances. I have been able to utilize my analytical skills and my ability to make critical decisions with great success daily and while supporting insureds during these devastating losses. In addition to my claims experience, I have extensive experience and training as a Non Commissioned Officer while serving in the Armed Forces. I have a strong skillet that includes exceptional planning, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. I have the aptitude to consistently excel in arduous situations while remaining level-headed and still demonstrating empathy for individuals who need my assistance. My claims and leadership experiences are further complimented by my completion of my Bachelor of Science in Management in 2016.
