With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate across major markets in Western Canada, I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategy, investment, and execution. My expertise spans market cycles, asset classes, and investment structures, with a particular focus on integrating real estate and capital—both equity and debt—into scalable, institutional-grade strategies. I’ve led the structuring and management of investments from acquisition through disposition, leasing, construction, and long-term asset stewardship. As sole director of single-purpose entities, I’ve managed real estate investments on behalf of Canadian pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and university endowments. I was a member of the executive affinity group at Avison Young, overseeing more than 75 million square feet of residential, office, retail, and industrial property across Western Canada. Beyond the boardroom, I’ve served on the Board of Governors of Opportunity International and am a proud member of the Institute of Corporate Directors reflecting my commitment to governance and impact.
