Commenced my nursing career in 2006 in DCU, completing my clinical hours in Beaumont Hospital. Upon qualifying, I worked in the Emergency Department of Beaumont Hospital from 2011 until 2013. I completed a 6 month Specialist Practice Programme in Emergency Nursing in 2013. I started working in the Acute Medical Assessment Unit (AMAU) of Beaumont in 2013. I completed a 6 month Specialist Practice Programme in Medical/Surgical Nursing in 2016. In 2017 I completed my postgraduate in Acute Medicine in NUIG.
