I work with businesses to implement and optimize employee engagement software built on the foundations of Workforce Science, Smart Technology and Achievers' Community of Experts If you’d asked me a few years ago if I’d be working at a tech company focused on HR needs, I would’ve said “Maybe, I dunno - weird why did you ask me such a specific question?” But I’m not surprised now that I’m here! I share my company’s focus on putting people first - our customers, their employees, and our team members. It’s something I’ve done throughout my career when leading service teams in pursuit of incredible experiences and the "wow" moments that connect us with customers for life. While trying to create those experiences, I keep a few key things in mind throughout every interaction- I’m focused on building strong, lasting relationships with each of my customers - I believe clear, concise, and transparent communication is key, as it creates the shared understanding needed to achieve customer goals - I’m adaptable to work styles, communication styles, and changes to internal or external systems - I can always be learning something new - about the industry I support, from any member of my team, or how to broaden my skillset to better serve our customers If you want to connect, feel free to message me here on LinkedIn - I’m always game to chat about the evolving workforce landscape or customer success in general.
