About Kevin Pepper

A passionate teacher with 23 years experience, 11 of which in my current role as Head of Engineering. As a team leader I am solely responsible for the progress and attainment of my pupils, the development of Schemes of work which must be in line with the Level 2 and 3 Specifications that are delivered, departmental budget, as well as leading and supporting the growth of my team.For the last 7 years I have also worked for OCR (on a rolling contract basis) as part of the assessment production team. Work is undertaken at most stages of the production process, including, Author, assessment analyst, candidate proxy and examiner for both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.Well-versed in a range of software such as CCMS, Kiteworks, RM Assessor and MS office. I am also very proficient in 3D CAD modelling (Fusion 360) and 3D printing.A part-time musician with three decades of stage and studio experience, including musical theatre, most recently working with 'Everyman Theatre Group'. I’ve worked closely with the school performing arts department in designing the stage and lighting for our bi-annual productions, as well as assisting in the orchestra pit on bass guitar. Shows have included - Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera, Hunchback of Notredame, Frozen and High School Musical.
