I am a designer, educator and organizational leader. I take a human-centered approach to orchestrating Struck’s operations, blending design philosophy with business strategy to build a wonderful work experience for our team and brilliant outcomes for clients. I nurture a web of connection and collaboration across every team, from production to creative, strategy, technology, client partnership, and HR—fine-tuning our process and fostering sustained financial growth. People say my calm and confidence are contagious forces at Struck - where I’ve served as a crucial component of the agency for many years and in many roles—always using my design-thinking mindset to make our culture, our creative, and our client relationships stronger. I have long been involved in the local and national design community, jurying design competitions, serving in AIGA leadership – most recently on the national board of directors, co-founding Salt Lake Design Week, and teaching design strategy at the University of Utah.
