About Kevin Pickering

My strengths are being able to drive a commercial plan to its conclusion working alongside the existing team. I have global experience of growing businesses and developing a stable enterprise through strong cash flow management and a focused commercial plan. As a team player I understand the need to establish a strong cohesion with all those involved. However I also understand the need to provide clear, concise and strong leadership to execute and deliver on the primary objectives and in a timely manner. I have achieved all professional objectives I have set and am now looking to work alongside individuals who are willing to work hard to achieve their goals. On a personal level I have been a strong participant in local community charity work. I was the founder Chairman of Crystal Palace Ladies and Girls FC. At the beginning the club was made up of 3 teams, one senior team and Two junior teams. At the time of stepping down 10 year later the club had grown to 3 senior teams including an Education Academy for girls aged 16 -19 years and 7 junior teams. All of this was achieved through galvanising the local community, fundraising and generally having the positive attitude of making a difference for the youth of the local area. Working with a fantastic bunch of well meaning parent volunteers, seeing young girls progress through the years and witnessing seniors achieve their true potential was a personal thrill and a privilege to us all. I also provide mentoring services for the Kings Trust supporting young enterprises develop and achieve their personal aspiration of running their on business. I am a believer that in galvanised communities anything is possible but it takes a strong and committed team to achieve true success to be the best you can be.
