I started my Pharmaceutical career in 1988 working as a Medical Representative, interim Regional Business Manager and Hospital Specialist/NHS liaison Manager prior to becoming Training Manager, Commercial Excellence Manager and now Regional Training Excellence Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Merck Serono. I am an associate member of the CIPD having completed the Certificate in Training Practice (Distinction). Not only can I demonstrate success in the Sales Arena but I can also demonstrate success in the Training arena and I have successfully managed the Training and Development function within Merck Serono for the past 13 years. I am a highly motivated individual, whose innovative and flexible approach helps me deliver the best I can as an individual in order to ensure the companies employees operate at the highest level of knowledge and skill. I am highly personable, with excellent communication skills. I have substantial experience in customer facing environments, both internal and external.
