About Kevin Primus

Kevin Primus is a team builder and technology curator. With 30-years of cross-sector, community engagement experience in career-development, coaching, community-based nonprofit, education, environmental, faith-based, healthcare, and policy-related fields, Kevin has an established track record of leveraging technology to guide teams in accomplishing both organizational and individual goals. Based in Durham, NC, where he serves on the board of the Ellerbe Creek Watershed Association, the NC League of Conservation Voters (NCLCV), and the NCLCV Foundation, Kevin calls upon his professional background in education, campus ministry, real estate, and tech entrepreneurship to catalyze more humane, effective, and responsible approaches to community building, professional development, capital investment, human-centered design, and environmental stewardship. Kevin’s commitment to inclusive community engagement and mitigating information asymmetries has been a theme of his career since his first job delivering the Pittsburgh Press as a door-to-door paperboy. Minimizing transaction costs to help marginalized communities participate fully and healthfully in the digital economy continues to drive all of his volunteer and professional efforts.
