Hi there, thanks for visiting my profile. To get to know me, it helps to know what drives me. For me, it's one simple idea: I've always been focused on guiding people to a good place. Whether I was leading a group of divers in the ocean, creating unforgetable experiences for tourists or coaching a support team through a tricky problem, the basics are always the same: communicate clearly, lead calmly, and follow a process that keeps everyone safe, successful and satisfied. I’ve brought that same focus on people to my career in tech, where I’ve had the chance to build teams, launch new services, and create strong relationships with clients. I truly believe technology should make our lives easier, not more complicated. These days, I’m excited about guiding people through the next big change in technology: Artificial Intelligence. I love the challenge of taking something complex like AI and making it simple and useful for everyone. My goal is to be a bridge, helping teams feel confident as they learn to use these new tools to be more creative and do their best work.
