About Kevin Rocha

I’m a data-driven problem solver with experience in strategy, analytics, and business operations—most recently at Xbox Publishing Studios, where I worked across data insights, title research, and portfolio strategy to support game development and publishing decisions. My role spanned everything from analyzing player behavior to helping shape business plans, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and providing decision-support for upcoming titles. My passion for understanding systems started early—taking apart consoles to figure out how they worked, competing in robotics, and eventually studying how millions of players interact with games at scale. Today, I’m focused on data analytics and building. I’m currently exploring opportunities at the intersection of data, games, and entrepreneurship—working on side projects, expanding my technical toolkit, and setting the foundation for something new. Outside of work, I stay active in mentorship through the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, helping others navigate their path in tech the way I did—with curiosity, grit, and community. Always learning. Always building. Always thinking about what’s next.
