About Kevin Roche

I am a highly motivated, dependable, and resourceful individual that enjoys interacting with people. This has allowed me to exercise sound judgment and provide excellent customer service professionally and courteously (often in high-volume and stressful situations). I have operated in the Retail Sales Industry for roughly a decade as a sales representative and manager. As a manager, I was not only responsible for sales targets, but I was also responsible for multiple aspects of which relate to the Human Resources field. My experiences in the Retail Sales Industry are what have led me to go back to school and looking to enter the Human Resources field as a Career. I have enjoyed and excelled within the Employment Law, Training & Development, and Recruitment and Selection classes during my time at Durham College in the Human Resources - Business Administration course. I am currently going in to my last semester of my 3 year course and will be looking to complete my CHRP Designation following my graduation from Durham College and move onward to my career.
