I have over eight years of experience in providing administrative, technical, and customer service support to various departments and programs within the organization.My core competencies include using various software and systems, such as ApplicantStream, CCH, Ceridian Source, Charles River, LAWTRAC, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to perform tasks such as data entry, report generation, document management, payroll processing, and contract administration. I also handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, staff, and partners, using my excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
