Impactful Trainer, Leader, Mentor and Coach with 35 plus years of Business Development and Sales Management in Oil and Gas in both Canada and the US. During my last few years with Precision Drilling, my focus changed from a pure active business development role, to coaching and mentoring the US Sales Team. My training through the ICF allowed me to be an effective coach, with seasoned veterans as well as with new members of our team. I have a belief that life is like a bank account and you cannot be successful if all you do is make withdrawals. We all need to make deposits and give back some of what we have taken in over the years. That was my impetus to hang out my shingle as a coach, mentor and trainer. I have a deep rooted passion to offer my knowledge, experience and training to allow the next generation of Business Development Leaders and Executives grow professionally and realize their true potential. I work with both individuals and organizations and can help both to find a manageable, sustainable and ethical pathway to growth. I have aligned with Gary Waldron and Associates in delivering world class Business Development Training, providing organizations a tried and true method in improving their team’s Business Development skill. This training yields significant return on investments, by providing a deeper and wider philosophy to sales skills and efforts required for success.
