About Kevin Schembri

A sales professional with a 10 year experience in the ICT industry, of which the last 8 were with Microsoft Malta. In my current role, as an SMS & P (Small to MidSized Solutions and Partners) Manager, I am responsible for growing share and achieving revenue growth targets in all of the SMS & P sub segments in Malta, as well as ensuring a strong partner ecosystem through which this growth can be sustained. During the 7 years I have been in this role, I consistently demonstrated high performance with healthy Year on Year business growth, consistently meeting and exceeding both revenue and non-revenue KPIs. I also gained broad experience across a wide spectrum of Microsoft business, as I cover multiple areas, including- Corporate Account Management- Distributor Management- Solutions Partner Management- SMS & P Growth Strategy and Planning- CPE Champ- Licensing Support to Partners and Customers. I drive the SMS & P business through the co-ordination and support of 3 individuals who in their respective roles contribute to the overall SMS & P business performance.
