Background

About Kevin Smith

I am a problem solver willing to think beyond the first right answer and bring partner teams along during decision making. As someone who invests in understanding how my colleagues' roles intersect with mine, I happily become my organization's cross-functional resource and connector of people. I believe that people and process are the foundation of any successful technology solution. For this reason, I am a collaborator who is able to easily translate the technical implications of business needs into business terms and move projects forward quickly. I also have a successful track record of leading without authority because I am thorough, analytical and compassionate. I thrive in roles that challenge me and provide the opportunity to help achieve company goals and objectives. Gaining practical knowledge and getting assigned to demanding projects will keep me engaged as an employee.
